LITTLE HUG
provides families with warm-hearted childcare service by experienced and selected babysitter/nanny in Tokyo, Kanagawa (Yokohama, Kawasaki etc.), Saitama and Chiba areas. We will support you in child rearing to make it happy and fulfilling.

Examples of Use (English-Speaking Babysitting)
Little Hug welcomes regular or full-time basis babysitter/nanny support (housekeeping service included) and temporary usage at your house or hotel.
1) 3 hours (weekday / daytime) x 2 times, (total 6 hours in a month)
Apply Bronze Plan: JPY 3,300 x 6 hours＝JPY 19,800 + Transportation expense
2) 4 hours (weekday / daytime) x 3 times, (total 12 hours in a month)
Apply Silver Plan: JPY 3,080 x 12 hours＝JPY 36,960
Piano lesson (Optional): JPY 550 x 12 hours＝JPY 6,600
Total: JPY 43,560 + Transportation expense

SERVICE
Babysitting
Our babysitter and nanny can provide attentive childcare that meets each family’s needs. Our services include, but are not limited to, milk feeding, diaper changing, reading picture books, singing songs, handcrafting and playing in a park. We provide babysitters to both homes and hotels.
Housekeeping
Our staff can provide housekeeping services for you, including cooking, cleaning and washing. For safety reasons, we do not perform housekeeping and babysitting in parallel; however, housekeeping may be done before or after babysitting.
Drop-off / Pick-up
Our babysitter and nanny can pick your child up from the international school or any other place. We ask you to inform us of how to hand over the key and to let the school know of the babysitter in advance.

HOW TO USE
1. Contact
Please contact by email or phone. We will suggest a plan that best suits your needs and give you an estimate.
2. Prearranged Visit
Depending on your request, our coordinator will visit your house to explain our service (Optional).
3. Contract
To register, please submit the registration documents and make payment for the enrollment fee, annual fee and the first monthly plan fee (if any) by the 25th of the previous month.
4. Reservation
Please inform us of your tentative babysitting schedule by the 15th of the previous month. We will select a babysitter / nanny for you and send you the profile with a photo.
5. Day of Babysitting
Our babysitter / nanny will arrive at your house 5-10 minutes before the start time of babysitting. Upon handing over from you, the babysitting service will start.
6. Report
At the end of the session, the babysitter / nanny will talk to you about what has been done during babysitting with a written work report. Please sign the report. We will send you a bill after the month-end closing.
PRICES
(Including 10% taxes)
Enrollment Fee: JPY 33,000/Family
Annual Fee: JPY 5,500円/Family
■Non-regular Use: JPY 3,520/hour for English-speaking babysitting
Base Time: Weekdays 8:00-20:00
Minimum 3 hours per placement (Calculated per 30 minutes)
Actual transportation expenses for the babysitter will be charged.

- BRONZE PLAN JPY 19,800/Month
The hourly rate is JPY 3,300/hour, corresponding to 6 hours/month.
The same hourly rate applies beyond 6 hours. - SILVER PLAN JPY 36,960/Month
The hourly rate is JPY 3,080/hour, corresponding to 12 hours/month.
The same hourly rate applies beyond 12 hours. - GOLD PLAN JPY 102,960/Month
The hourly rate is JPY 2,860/hour, corresponding to 36 hours/month.
The same hourly rate applies beyond 36 hours.
